Burn me Under the Night Sky

Burn me under a night sky  In a white dress,  With african drums playing  And rose petals all around  My head facing the stars  The fire for me burning brightly  Do not weep for me,  My spirit will linger on,  Way past when my body has dissapeared.  
Scater my ashes across this earth  In every Continent and Ocean  And feel no remorse when you let me go  And you know i won't really have left you.

Recent Deviations

Black CloudBlack cloud  You hang overhead without the silver lining,  
so imposed on my mind  your dimness blinds me.  
Acrid rain  So you fall from the eyes of the sky  reflected in turn by my own, without  pausing for dryness.   
10 times daily.  
 
How do you suppose I get myself,  out of the weather, the storm?  Thunder in my temple,   the pressure is  
sometimes too great to bear.  
 
You crash down upon me, swirling winds.  
 
How can the fresh bursts of green grow,  
where only dust remains, skeletal and  air.  Full of shadows, I am Black Cloud

Hunchback SchoolgirlFire breaks at dawn.  It is usual in the winter months,  Where the sun peaks over the hill, trees  and cold concrete buildings,  only to glare upon open eyes.  I stare from my morning window.  
The ground rushes past me like  the conveyor belt my baggage arrived on  and exemplified my circular existence.  Oh, those gods have a harsh persistence.  
There is no such thing as a proper holiday here.   
It does not surprise me to see  blank faces, ashen paper in the books.  We dread the return; mortified  by the bars they call  gates. Round and round, the wheels   Hunchback Schoolgirl

Technological TrapShe sits in cold waiting  For the unmistakable beep that signals her love has come.  
Ants crawl along the skirting boards.  
Past the modem, to chew the wire.  
 
It was not always like this.  
She did not always sit in waiting  Headphones blocking out her heart,  Surrounded by false light.  No one has yet noticed her obsession (depression?).   
The beep has not yet come. One has,  But it was false hope.  
Hours tick on.   
She feels disjointed.    She taps the surface, spitting out jargon  
Into the matrix.

Wow, it's been about a month since my last post. That's nuts. Sorry if you think i've dropped off the face of the planet. I haven't really, just been under lots of work.

Year 12 is going well. Surprisingly well in fact (cept maybe in maths at the moment) but it's been busy. Art Ex is going well, as art prefect i have to be there weekly.

I have a feeling i'm depressed. Maybe i'm just overly tired. I dunno.

You know,browsing and reading trough your gallery i found something very familiar that i`ve noticed before . The way u write seems so natural, makes u want to say : whay didn`t i think of that ? feels like simple and general truth,i can feel what u felt because i`ve been there and u made me remember that .All the books i`ve ever liked, all that remained as a memory has this kind of truth...so i want to congratulate u...i`m actually sorry i didn`t pay attention earlier...but i will from now on...:) . :hug:
